Julie Pelzl, MBA, has a diverse background in strategic and operational Human Resources, as executive leader and consultant.  She has worked with for profit and non profit industries, including higher education foundations, healthcare, banking, technology, media, and social services. With over 25 years experience, she has focused on achieving organizational success through effective strategic planning, optimizing performance, designing and utilizing effective reward strategies, and developing talent at all levels. Experienced working in large complex and small organizations, Julie is passionate about driving successful results through strong leadership and positive employee engagement.
